This letter is to
bring our valued guests and new guests
up to date with what has been happening
at Richmond Suites.
New and exciting
things continue to happen. We have
converted to condominiums. Units 5-8
have been totally remodeled with brand
new kitchens and baths, granite counters,
state of the art amana appliances
including dishwashers, gas self-clean
ranges, refrigerators and microwaves.
In addition, units include hardwood
flooring, carpeted bedrooms, new lighting
and plumbing. Some units has been
supplied with wall mounted 42"
plasma televisions. They are truly
luxurious.
Units 1-4 have been
upgraded with new furnishings, modern
bathrooms and kitchens, and new carpeting.
Richmond Suites represents some of
the finest affordable family
accommodations available
at Hampton Beach.
Although all units
are for sale, all rental reservations
will continue to be honored this season
and beyond. The plans are that once
units are sold, new owners will have
the option to place their unit into
a rental pool and thus still be available
for your enjoyment.
We look forward

Same unit for 2 weeks, deduct 7%
Check in after 1pm and no later than
2:30pm.

*All rents subject to 8% NH Room Tax.
Deposits:
1/3 of the total amount due is required
to confirm reservation.
Cancellations:
Deposits are 100% refundable on cancellations
made 30 days prior to
arrival date. After that, deposits
are refunded only if we are able to
re-rent unit on short notice at same
rate.
