To: Our Valued Guests

To the many new and returning guests who stayed with us this past summer season, we sincerely thank you for being a part of our rental family. Although our occupancy this past summer was off slightly, we attribute it to the general economic conditions. We certainly recognize that people have to tighten their belts.

We are now in winter mode and looking forward to our winter guests. We are now taking applications.

As for our 2012 summer season, we will be mailing out our reservation requests sometime in early January, 2012. As always, we encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible to insure that you get your favorite unit this coming summer season.

You will be pleased to see that we are remodeling the entire upper deck for your use and pleasure. The flooring was improperly installed by the prior owners and because they did not allow for contraction and expansion, it was completely buckled up as well as stained from the use of spray sun tan lotion. The new flooring is guaranteed to be stain resistant and hopefully our guests will be careful in using lotion.

2012 Summer Rates for Units (in US dollars*)

All rental charges are subject to a 9% NH rooms and meals tax.

If you rent:
2 units same week, deduct 5% off each.
Same unit for 2 weeks, deduct 7%

Check in 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
Arrivals later than that, call for instructions.
Check out by 10am
*All rents subject to 9% NH Room Tax.

Deposits: 1/3 of the total amount due is required to confirm reservation. Final payment must be made 14 days before arrival.

Cancellations: Deposits are 100% refundable on cancellations made 30 days prior to
arrival date. After that, deposits are refunded only if we are able to re-rent unit on short notice at same rate.
