Richmond Suites Update - Summer 2010

Summer is here and we are looking forward to the return of our many valued clients. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore we encourage you to call well in advance of your planned vacation dates.

The fact that we have a steady returning clientele speaks highly for the quality of the accommodations we offer. Our units are full sized, fully equipped apartments.

We assumed ownership of Richmond Suites in 2005 and immediately began a renovation project to modernize and improve the units.  Units 5 through 8 were completed in 2006. The result is totally improved units featuring hardwood floors and carpeting, new kitchens and baths with cherry cabinets and granite tops, Amana appliances,  42" plasma high definition televisions, and all new furniture and bedding. Check out the photos for yourself.

Units 1-4 were also renovated and completely refurnished.  There are on-site laundry facilities for your convenience.  All units are non smoking and sorry to say, no pets allowed.   We can truly boast that “Richmond Suites” represents some of the finest family accommodations available at Hampton Beach.

All rental charges are subject to a 9% NH rooms and meals tax.

If you rent:
2 units same week, deduct 5% off each.
Same unit for 2 weeks, deduct 7%

Check in 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
Arrivals later than that, call for instructions.
Check out by 10am
*All rents subject to 9% NH Room Tax.

Deposits: 1/3 of the total amount due is required to confirm reservation. Final payment must be made 14 days before arrival.

Cancellations: Deposits are 100% refundable on cancellations made 30 days prior to
arrival date. After that, deposits are refunded only if we are able to re-rent unit on short notice at same rate.
