 William
L. (Bill) Dube has been in the real estate
development and management business since
1969, but actually purchased his first apartment
property in 1964. After accumulating several
investment type properties in the late 60's,
he teamed up with fellow developer Richard
Cabral in 1970. Together they formed Dube
& Cabral Investments, a partnership
which existed for 32 years, acquiring and
developing major apartment holdings and
commercial ventures.
During those 32 years,
Mr. Dube co-bought and personally managed
over 2,500 apartments. Mr. Dube also co-developed
seven shopping centers in New Hampshire,
Arkansas, North and South Carolina, two
office buildings in New Hampshire and was
a principal in the development of several
successful residential condominium projects
in Keene, Dover, Nashua and Hudson, New
Hampshire.
During the last few years,
Dube has been a managing partner in numerous
New Hampshire properties including elderly
housing complexes in Tilton, Franklin, Portsmouth,
and Manchester, as well as apartment communities
in Hudson, Nashua, Candia and Derry.
Most recently the company purchased a 33,000
square foot office and retail building in
Laconia, NH.
In 2002, Dube Investment
Properties, LLC, was formed and is currently
located in Suite 101 at 25 Riverside Street
in Nashua, NH. This company assumed
the management duties of all of the properties
owned by Dube’s various entities.
Currently the portfolio consists of numerous
residential housing units and 33,000 square
feet of office space throughout New Hampshire.
Mr. Dube is a licensed
New Hampshire Real Estate Broker, holds
a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
designation from the National Association
of Realtors and is a former local and State
“Realtor of the Year”. He was
President of the Nashua Board of Realtors
for three years and of their MLS system.
He is also a past director of the National
Association of Realtors.
Mr. Dube is a past president
of the Boy's and Girl's Club of Greater
Nashua. He also enjoys the distinction of
being honored as “Man of the Year”
in 1994 by the Boy’s and Girl’s
Club of Greater Nashua in appreciation of
his commitment and loyalty to the youth
of Greater Nashua for over 20 years. Mr.
Dube was also a co-founder and past President
of the Nashua Area Shelter for the Homeless
and past Vice President of its successor
organization “The Nashua Area Shelter
and Soup Kitchen”.
Bill resides in Bedford
NH and Palm Beach Gardens FL with Theresa,
his wife of 43 years.

Eugene
“Gene” Lonergan joined
the company as a leasing agent in
1988 and now holds the position of
“Property Manager”. Gene
has many years of experience in managing
rental properties having been with
the company since the period when
holdings exceeded 2000 apartments.
Donna
is the newest member of the Dube Investment
Properties management team. Donna
began in April of 2003 as an Administrative
Assistant with primarily secretarial
and bookkeeping duties. She came to
us with a background in accounting
and had many years experience in the
general contracting field.
