William (Bill) L. Dube has been in the real estate development and management business since 1969, but actually purchased his first apartment property in 1964. After accumulating several investment properties in the late '60s, he teamed up with fellow developer Richard Cabral in 1970. Together they formed Dube & Cabral Investments, a partnership that existed for 32 years, acquiring and developing major apartment holdings and commercial ventures.
During those 32 years, Mr. Dube bought and personally managed over 2,500 apartments. Mr. Dube also developed shopping centers in New Hampshire, Arkansas, North and South Carolina, as well as two office buildings in New Hampshire. He was a principal in the development of several successful residential condominium projects in Keene, Dover, Nashua, and Hudson, New Hampshire.
During the '80s and '90s, Mr. Dube was a managing partner in numerous New Hampshire properties. These included elderly housing complexes in Tilton, Franklin, Portsmouth, and Manchester, apartment communities in Hudson, Nashua, Candi, Lancaster, Hampton Beach, Derry, and Pittsfield, and a 33-square foot office building in Laconia.
In 2002, Dube Investment Properties, LLC was formed and is currently located in Suite 205 at 30 Temple Street in Nashua, NH. This company assumed the management duties of all of the properties owned by Dube's various entities. Currently, the portfolio consists of numerous residential housing units throughout the state of New Hampshire.
Mr. Dube is a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate Broker, and this year marks 53 years with this license. He also holds a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of Realtors and is a former local and State "Realtor of the Year". He was President of the Nashua Board of Realtors for three years and of their MLS system. He is also a past director of the National Association of Realtors. In 1982, he was presented with the Realtor organization's highest honor, the Omega Tau Ro medal.
Mr. Dube is a past president of the Boy's and Girl's Club of Greater Nashua. He also enjoys the distinction of being honored as "Man of the Year" in 1994 by the Boy's and Girl's Club of Greater Nashua in appreciation of his commitment and loyalty to the youth of Greater Nashua for over 20 years. Mr. Dube was also a co-founder and past President of the Nashua Area Shelter for the Homeless and past Vice President of its successor organization "The Nashua Area Shelter and Soup Kitchen".
Bill resides in Bedford NH and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife Theresa. They recently celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary.

Eugene "Gene" Lonergan joined the company as a leasing agent in 1988 and now holds the position of “Senior Property Manager” Gene has many years of experience in managing rental properties having been with the company since the period when holding exceeded 2000 apartments.
Gene is responsible for the rental, management and maintenance of all of the entities managed by the Company. He has an excellent relationship with every tenant and is respected by them. They recognize his loyalty and willingness to work with them to provide quality housing at a fair price.
Since 1999, Gene began investing with the company and now holds ownership positions in several major properties. Now in his 33rd year with the company, he is a valuable asset to the overall operation and success of Dube Investment Properties.

Donna is the newest member of the Dube Investment Properties management team. Donna began in April of 2003 as an Administrative Assistant with primarily secretarial and bookkeeping duties. She came to us with a background in accounting and had many years experience in the general contracting field.
It became readily apparent that Donna was capable of handling management and leasing and was promoted to Office Manager after just a few months.
Now in her 18th year with the company, Donna deals regularly with tenants, handling all telephone inquiries for apartments, maintenance and all tenant relations. She also oversees payroll and directs the maintenance functions of the company's numerous apartment communities, as well as all accounting and banking functions.
Donna is well liked by our tenants and is an integral part to our Company.
Hillcrest Candia LLC
Carol and George Thalin

Carol and George Thalen joined the Dube team back in 2009 by managing "Richmond suites", a luxury suite group of condominiums one block from the ocean. Upon the sellout of this successful beach property, they moved on to another complex in Candia, NH owned by the Dube firm. They Have Been Managing Hillcrest Apartment in Candia Since 2012. George has been renovating the entire 26 Units and completed this task in 2019. The entire property has been totally renovated which resulted in a revenue increase of 35%.
Carol manages the rentals and leasing of the 26 units. Thanks to her diligent efforts, the property has very little turnover and generally has a waiting list of potential tenants. In 2019, they also took over the leasing and management of “86 Main St.” Apartments in Pittsfield NH purchased by the Dube’s in 2019. This location consists of four 2-bedroom garden-style units and a second building with four 2-bedroom townhouses. The property is 100% occupied and renovations are in process.
Both George and Carol have a real estate background. Carol has years of experience in rentals and sales as a former Real Estate Agent. George has an extensive background as a Luxury Home Builder around the Seacoast Area.
